Fire damage clean up Residential fire, soot and smoke damage

This was a fire damage in Earlimart, CA. Which was caused by an accident. Insured had left the stove on and then walked away and shortly after the fire started. Not noticing that the fire had already started, she continued to do what she was doing and came back to the fire already being too high, realizing she couldn't do anything at that point she then called the fire department.  Insured turned in her claim to her insurance company, and as soon as we got in contact with their adjuster to ask and received approvals of certain things that needed to be done we started the work. We will always ask for approvals with your insurance company/adjuster before we do any further work. The reason why we ask for approvals first is so you don't end up with a bill in case your insurance company has a limit of cost or doesn't approve of certain materials and items to be removed. Some also approve or don't approve of heavy or light cleaning.
