Water damage inside the insured's kitchen due to a dishwasher leak.

Homeowner stated they noticed water on the floor. Then noticed water but this time it was coming from dishwasher water supply line affecting kitchen cabinets, linoleum floor, guest bedroom walls, carpet, baseboards, also entry way wall and baseboard, along with linoleum flooring. Technicians removed 1 lf of baseboard in the kitchen, and 2.9 lf of baseboard in the entry way. Our techs set up equipment in affected areas to speed up drying process. Also mold was discovered as you can notice on the photos, therefore mold remediation was performed. Mold was removed and professionally cleaned with antimicrobial spray.
